Birth Basics- Education on what to expect for delivering your baby, and ways to prepare for that big day
Comfort measures & Labor positions- Educate on options for pain relief while in labor. Positions to help baby move down in birth canal.
Decision-making for labor-Education on some scenarios of what could happen and how to prepare yourself if they come up. YOU HAVE A VOICE in your care.
Bringing baby home-How to prepare for baby to come home. Infant care, self-care, and best way to communicate to others during the 4th trimester
